Bird's Eye was never meant to be anything specific. But when people look at it they see a number of things. Bird's Eye was painted with thousands of frustrated strokes. Abigail couldn't make out what she wanted this to become. With each stroke the painting felt less complete. Until she stopped and gave it 24 hours. Sometimes all it takes is letting go to see the bigger picture clearly. There is a hint of a literal birds eye in this that appeared unintentionally, but Abigail would like to leave it to the viewer to find what they see. Original Abigail Murray Spring 2026
